At Wingbing, we’re committed to making your home smarter, more organized, and stress-free. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide your order number and clear proof (photos/videos)

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition are not eligible

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We will make it right immediately.

You are eligible for:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

No return is required for damaged or faulty items. Simply send us photo/video proof, and we’ll resolve it quickly.


Refunds

Once your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear (depending on your bank/provider)

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if applicable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
